Contact our Tenant Information Center. If you have questions about a specific property we answer them. We also learn your general living requirements so we can match you with other listings that meet your needs.
Step 2: Tour Your Options
We share your living requirements with our agents and property managers whose properties meet your needs. They will contact you individually to schedule tours of their properties.
Step 3: Complete the Application
Once you've decided on a place it's time to complete an Application. Most landlords require a completed and accurate application, a reference from your previous landlord, verified employment, a credit report with credit score, and a criminal and eviction background check. This process will vary depending on the property but the agent you are working with will guide you through it.
Step 4: Sign the Lease
Once the landlord approves your application it's time to sign the lease.
