Our SubleaseSolution service allows you to do just that. We do everything necessary find a qualified tenant to take over your lease including marketing the unit, leading the tours, and completing the paperwork to your landlord's satisfaction.
We understand life is unpredictable and sometimes you need to break your lease early. We are here for you. Our fee for this service is equal to one month's rent and is only earned when the new tenant signs the lease.
